  • Annual Accounts 2019-2020

    At Hoveton Parish Council’s meeting of 6th July 2020, the Council approved its annual accounts for the financial year 2019-2020. The Council’s inspection period, during which ‘public rights’ may be exercised, is Tuesday 1st September 2020 to Monday 12th October 2020 inclusive (please note that the Council’s inspection period has been delayed this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic and staff availability in August):

    Local Authority Accounts – A Summary Of Your Rights

    During this period, any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to those records. For the year ended 31st March 2020, these documents will be available on reasonable notice by application to the Parish Clerk (07572 349600 or clerk@hoveton-pc.org.uk).   • North Norfolk Police Newsletter (July 2020)

    Hoveton Parish Council receives regular newsletters and reports from the Stalham Safer Neighbourhood Team and works closely with members of the team on local issues. Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel (SNAP) meetings are held regularly to agree local policing priorities, along with regular Public Engagement meetings and surgeries. The latest issue of the team’s newsletter can be found below.
