  • Allotment Survey

Hoveton Parish Council (HPC) has been approached by Horning Parish Council (Horning PC) with a proposal to create a possible allotment partnership between the two councils. Horning PC has about an acre of allotment land that has recently become available and would like to formalise the ability of Hoveton parishioners to become tenants.

Hoveton doesn’t have any allotments and in the past few years HPC has only received a few enquiries on this subject from residents, so the provision of allotments hasn’t been pursued. However, following Horning PC’s proposal, HPC has agreed to survey the residents of Hoveton to establish whether or not there is sufficient interest within the village to pursue the idea of a partnership with Horning PC.
