North Norfolk Police Newsletter (October 2019)
Hoveton Parish Council receives regular newsletters and reports from the Stalham Safer Neighbourhood Team and works closely with members of the team on local issues. Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel (SNAP) meetings are held regularly to agree local policing priorities, along with regular Public Engagement meetings and surgeries. Road Closure (Norwich Road, Wroxham)
We’ve received notice that Norfolk County Council has made a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the A1151 Norwich Road from a point 230 metres south of the B1140 Salhouse Road for a distance of 50 metres south westwards in the parish of Wroxham, because of Network Rail bridge inspection.
The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from Monday 21st October 2019 between the hours of 09:30 to 15:30 for the duration of the works, expected to be 6 hours within the period. Alternative route is via: A1151 Norwich Road / Wroxham Road, A1270 Broadland Northway, Salhouse Road, Norwich Road, B1140 Mill Road / Bell Lane / Salhouse Road, A1151 Norwich Road (Rackheath, Salhouse, Wroxham).
